Here is the link that goes immediately to the renderings.

Here is an update on The Walter construction as well. A little over half way up.

I was just thinking that it will go along very nicely with Midtown Exchange. This is going to be pretty badass when fully built out. I wish I owned instead of rented my house haha.

This will be like Raleigh’s miniature version of Riverwalk in San Antonio.

On a much smaller scale, Raleigh will soon see a new dog park/coffee shop/bar concept for a small triangle shaped piece of land downtown. The project will utilize stacked shipping containers for the coffee shop and beer bar.

Raleigh and Cary rank high on Safest Cities in America.

Raleigh is #1 in the "large" cities category, although I don't consider it to be large by any measure.

But still this is an accolade that not a lot of cities can claim.

I would have guessed that Atlanta was the safest city. I am shocked.

I can only assume you were offended by my not agreeing that Raleigh was a large city.

I am Raleigh's biggest fan, but for anyone who is well traveled, does anything about Raleigh say large city? M

Most newcomers call it a city sorta miniaturized, like with its skyline, which I perfectly happy with. It's different from most whose skylines all look similar enough that it's not clear what city it is.

So, I didn't mean any of it as an insult, and I'm a Triangle native.

I was being sarcastic. Don't overthink this.

BTW Atlanta just overtook Chicago as the most dangerous city in the USA. Chicago ! LOL

And yes, I agree that Raleigh isn't a large city, and yes I am well-traveled.
