I've had my virtual reunion on Facebook and I'm good! The people I really wanted to hang with I didn't stop communicating with in the first place. Make it a combo vacation or skip it. How many people were in your class? You really may be able to reconnect with online.

I hosted my 10 year reunion and it was a blast! Just go and if nothing else enjoy the trip with your wife. Some will remember you and some won't but it will be worth the trip I'm sure! I vote GO! I know 10 is not 30 but it's all the same...people you have not seen/talked to in years. Go and enjoy it!

Right on, my feelings exactly & like I mentioned, I have more old h.s. friends now letting me know they're on their way to Florida & we get to reunite on the beach!!! Facebook has totally worked for me!

Facebook made my 30th reunion the best I've ever attended. People came "home" from all across the country and we had a BLAST. My class was 1000+ people so I didn't know a lot of them but with Facebook, we became friends and finally met last night.

I've decided not to attend my reunion, for a lot of the reasons others have pointed out. If it was within a couple of hours from home, or in my home town I might, but it would be a journey to the middle of nowhere to see people not one of whom I still know or have kept up with.
