School reunion-plus celebrity ? (person, college)

This is one of those annoying hypotheticals, so skip it if it makes no sense.

If you were a celebrity, would you go to your school reunion (doesn’t matter whether college or high school) ?
Do you think people would resent you for showing up, or would they be disappointed if you didn't come ?
If you were of the graduating class that had a celebrity alumnus, would you want the celebrity to show up to the reunion or not ?
Do you think it would be nice to have the celebrity come to the reunion, or would it bother you ?

Does this depend on what the person was famous for, whether in a positive or negative way ?
Is it assumed that no one would go to their school reunion if they could find something else to do ?
Would we think more or less of a celebrity who did show up to their school reunion ?
Would that then depend on how the celebrity conducted him/her self in person on that occasion ?

Just curious-that other thread got my mind going,
wondering what other people think of this "thought experiment"/scenario.
