To answer your question, right now she doesn't have a lot of accounts but unless she brings everything home with her, there's no way she can complete them.

I'm just so sick of working with people who don't pull their weight. Being that I don't have kids and can work late and on weekends, the company seems to take advantage of it.

I don't mind working mom's, I just don't want to have them in my department b/c it affects the amount of work I am given.

If she has to turn down work, she won't be competitive in the workplace. Instead of stewing about the situation, consider that you are in a much better position to get a promotion someday. Do your best, and make sure your supervisors notice your hard work. It should pay off eventually.

So..take the occasional day at home...I think you are just envious....and because you do not have children you cannot relate.
Truth is, unless you are paying their wages, it really isn't your business...and it is simply a courtesy that they are even telling you.
