does anyone know anything about fulton houses in manhattan. im prority 4 how long do you think it will take to see a apartment. by the way i sent back the development list on june 9 2011 they said they recieved it on june 21 2011 and that it was in review. what do they mean by that because they also said that i was certified already. any answer would be great thanks

Certified means that they accepted your application for that development and will forward your app and u will be placed on there waiting list.
