Got the call for FP around 5:15pm today. Reporting to Maiden Lane on 6/29 at 8am
was told to bring:
CDL with respective endorsements
US Birth Certificate or an unexpired US Passport
Utility Bill (Gas, electric, water or bank statement) with current address no later 60 days old to prove current NYC residency
Blank $87 money order from the Post Office ONLY
E-hire form will be emailed later this week and must be completed and submitted online (no need to print out ) prior to the FP date.
