Yeah DOT is a good job from what people told me. Do they usually call people for interviews at this time of the year to start the hiring process to begin employment next year in March? I doubt they will hire this year since December is not far away.

I like how the post always amp **** up .. From the look of that picture thats not even city garbage that's either comercial or Residential.. Most likely Comercial lol

How do sanmen know where to do their route? Are they given a map? Does it go by zip code? Im asking out of curiosity to have a clearer idea of what to expect on the job.

Most garages will print you a map if you ask. You have to bring your own compass though.

Just drive around and whatver garbage you see ..pick it up..once your truck is full you are done

You get a route and a map if you don't know the area. Route will literally say something like line 1 is both sides of Blah Blah Street from This Avenue to That Avenue. Or Right side of Long Road from Tiny Street to Dead End etc
