Guyanese immigrants in New York

I am carribean also and I can't stand that loud music, my neighbors play loud music and I can't sleep at night they are Guyanese. It's very Annoying and they smoke drink and fight they have no respect.

Sure there is. We mostly certainly have our own unique culture.
