Yep,
Click on your Name. It opens PROFILE. Choose MY SETTING and on the left is EDIT IGNORE LIST.
The downside is that too many IGNORE's will make threads a little wonky and hard to understand. I try to use it only as a last desperate measure to eliminate the most unbearable posters.
