-Intake first week of Nov, 2016
I received calls and email last week to resubmit my 6 recent statement of account and paystub which I submitted last week as well. I was called in yesterday to sign documents to be sent to HDC.
Viewing the apartment before this week runs out.
Note: If anyone had intake interview that is over 3 months and yet to be called, get your paystub and statement of account ready.

Does log # even matter? Tbh it seems that after you're assigned a log #, what's key is date of ur intake/interview. My intake was first week of December, I have not been contacted yet. I am ready to re-submit my pay stubs in case.
I emailed yesterday since I hadn't heard a peep since my intake interview December 1. They said I have been waitlisted and will get a letter in the coming week or two. I was surprised since I'm Log # 1xx and a CB Pref. But apparently my income bracket is already full! This would be for 1-bedrooms and there were only 7 spots for me. So I guess this makes sense, but thought everyone should know that some brackets are already full.
