Thank you. When I had called last month they did say they were reviewing veteran status. So your saying all veterans have been offered apartments and now they will be offering apartments starting from the list? I will utilize phone number to future updates. Thanks again and got my fingers crossed. And please keep me posted with any relevant information.

That is what it sounded like to me. I think they said they contacted 15 veterans.

Are you aware if any of them bought in?

Ok, thank you. I will check at some point with management to see how it's progressing.

registered just for this thread, i made it into the building and read this entire thread because after i had moved it i had seen some papers up about a resolution to dissolve or some****, im not a lawyer so i didn't quite understand it

from personal experience they still are moving people since i myself just moved in.
yes i am veteran.
no one approached me about "privatization" however from asking around in the building the people didn't seem too worried about it so i don't think its going to happen.

Congratulations to you! And thank you for posting. Glad to know they are still moving people in. I'm on the list number between 60 and 70. Did the residents not seem worried due to it not making a difference to them or because they believe it won't meet the 2/3 vote. Do you know when the next board meeting is?

NYC246 - The monthly board meeting is scheduled for February 16th at 7:30 PM but there may be little or no discussion about the privatization until the study is done late in the year.
