Cambridge Heights, Nutley (HOA, condo, mortgage)

Hello Members,

I am looking for town-homes in Cambridge Heights (Nutley). I have heard about a pending litigation by the HOA on the builder. Is it possible to get a 5% or 10% DP mortgage in this case. Has anyone on this forum got <20% DP mortgage for Cambridge Heights. I have good credit. (760+)

Any suggestions / feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks John. This property shows as off-market. I will take a look. At present, I am sorting out pre-approval and will start actively hunting for properties in next week or two.
