Hi, We are new to the southern part of central Jersey. We are looking @ homes in Manalapan (Meadow creek, KHOV homes). Work is in NYC. Just heard about Christopher Estates in Hamilton. Do they have savoy models left ??

Also, not sure if bus commute from Manalapan is as good as trains from Hamilton.

Any suggestion appreciated.

There are direct trains from Hamilton Train station to NYC Penn and it takes 50 minutes by express. To go to downtown NYC you may have to take the PATH from JC Penn station. Christopher Estates is convieniently located by the train station.

I think they have 3 sites left when we checked last week. You can call or visit their sales office at Washingtom Estates to confirm.

Good luck with your home search

My husband and I purchased the Savoy Model at Christopher Estates and are very happy with the location and choices we have made!! We did a lot of research on transit (commute into JC), schools and surrounding areas.

We are thinking of buying a Savoy model at Christopher Estates community. Can anyone of you tell us the good price you got it for?
