All the best!

You can call the township and verify the school district by giving them the address as at the intersection of Laura Ave. & Evelyn. According to our research with online reports and talking to friends of friends who reside in the area, the schools which were assigned to this community checked out all right. The elementary and middle schools are good.

The approach to Christopher Estates from Sloan ave/Sweet Briar is through an older colony. But there are two beautiful approaches, one from route 1 through Carnegie drive (there is a canal with a biking track)and the other from Bakers Basin road. We plan to give directions to our home to friends and family through these routes :-)

I think there were 6 left. I think only 2 left in the cul de sac and the rest on the lot facing the street (not 100% sure). We have to go back tom night, so I will check. She said they were going very fast.

My husband works in JC too. I think the commute will be app an hour. We had a hard time finding location too b/c of the commute...but the train will be much better than his drive now. I would look now b/c there are only about 6 houses left.
