Not a gun grab and not even greed. Just **** poor management and bad financial dealings by the owner. People used to join by purchasing a member ship and then from that point classes were free. Well, not anymore. He wants a monthly/yearly free to remain a member, money for other incidentals in taking a class and you must purchase ammo from him. Man people are just a little bit more than angry. People will not pay 500 dollars a year just to belong on the off chance they get to make the trip to take a class.

Ground has been broken for a second new Circle K here in Pahrump. It is located at the corner of Gamebird and Homestead. I am sure it will be a traffic nightmare because that intersection already sees a ton of traffic during the day. I went by on 3/18 and all of the earth moving equipment was in place and the ground had been scrapped to begin the lot prep process. It will be a typical Circle K but will also have RV/large Vehicle pumps outside of the canopy and will have a car wash with a stationary spot for the car and the washing mechanism circles the car.

all i can hope for with the new circle k is that the owner is MADE to keep the grounds clear. the one over at blagg/basin? geezus, the weeds were taller than the landscape at one point. they've pulled up most of the weeds, but not all.
