There's a HUGE outhouse race in Virginia City every year. I've never been but we have family that goes regularly.

i've had a steady stream of visitors since february so i haven't had time to dedicate myself to this blog like i'm used to. now that all the visitors have left me, i can pick up the reigns again. there have been some new business' that have come to town this year & i gotta get caught up

closed monday, open the rest of the week from 11am to 9pm. right now they do not sell liquor, at some point in the future they will but right now it's an alcohol free establishment.
i found a new drink to enjoy while i eat my thai food, it's palm juice. if you haven't tried it, you MUST! sweet, but not overly sweet. $3 a bottle

they also have lunch specials. i've eaten lunch here once & it was QUITE filling! also, if you have an allergies, just say so. they are more than willing to accomodate your needs. DH is allergic to peanuts, while a friend is allergic to beef. the chef made sure to keep the peanuts away from hubby & all beef items were kept away from our friend.
