I saw that it and Revenge are on the "likely to be renewed" list but that's just speculation. They need more Twitter followers!!!

I DO love this show . . . . .

Connie Britton and Katie Couric had some nice things to say about the city of Nashville on Katie's show today.

Hope the ratings improve. I've kind of dropped off from watching the show, though. The music is great...but the soap opera aspect just really isn't my thing. I can't really deal with the constant changing of the storyline.

Which hotel was that? Anyone know? Last night's episode wasn't the best but I still like the show. Funny Nashvols, my Mom has only watched two episodes. The first one and a recent one and SHE feels that the storyline hasn't changed a bit! Established star vs young upstart. Unhappy marriage. Old relationships coming back to haunt people. New singer/songwriters navigating uncharted waters. Sexy guitar players getting all the girls.

Oh, and a gun.

Okay, I'm into the Gunnar story line now. I felt so bad for him tonight.

Yes, so did I - but to what was Jason referring when he told Gunnar that he (Gunnar) owed him a life? He implied that he'd taken the fall for Gunnar and had done eight years' hard time for it. This doesn't square with what Gunnar told Scarlett about his brother...what really happened in Texas, eight years ago?? Who murdered Jason, and why?? Is Gunnar now in danger as well? How about Scarlett's safety?

Also, the online version of last night's episode is edited and abridged so that the scene at the city morgue was completely omitted - see my post re "Nashville" in the entertainment-tv thread. I have other serious issues with watching online, mainly the incessant commercial breaks which are randomly interspersed - one was right in the middle of Rayna's song at Deacon's surprise birthday party! Good way to completely kill the mood, ABC...
