^She was the reason I used to sit through that video!

Here's Brie with her previous band American Girls. They had one s/t record in 1986. Never issued on CD.

Brie Howard: Lead Vocals, Drums
Hilary Shepard: Vocals, Percussion
D.B. Tressler: All Guitars
Miiko Watanabe: Bass Guitar
Teresa James: Keyboards

I think this is the only video they made: "American Girl." You posted this in January 2016!

^ A couple posts earlier were with her band Neola. Not much became of them, either.

As for her daughter, Playmate Brandi Brandt (see cover below), aka Mrs. Nikki Sixx, aka The Elevator Operator in Aerosmith's "Love in an Elevator", she is now eligible for parole in Australia.

Another first-timer: the OV for "Bad Attitude," the opening song and first single from Deep Purple's 1986 album House of Blue Light.

Saw them/him perform live outside, near Drexel University. A young woman in a nice dress, who looked like she might have come from work, twirled around ecstatically and declared she loved this kind of music.
