Knight: Thanks for starting this thread. It's been a long time since I've listened to music of any kind. There was another thread that I posted a song to, but I didn't listen to the song before I posted it - it was one of my favs, I found it and posted. I started listening to the songs on this thread and I've realized how much I've been missing. Anyway, I know that you have an upcoming engagement and wedding and hope that some of the songs folks have posted will be part of your celebrations. Folks have posted some fine ones here.
The two that I have here are close to my heart, because I think of someone special each time I hear them.
This one in particular makes me think of how I used to feel on a lazy Sunday morning, just snuggling to the man I love and not caring about work, traffic or (as the song goes) the world. The first couple of lines may strike a chord with you (no pun intended). I love the music because it's powerful.
