“The Man From Snowy River” OnDemand
w/KirK Douglass in a dual role, Sigurd Thornton, Jack Thompson, and Tom Burlington as Jim, the main character. Nice action scenes, definite family fare. Great scenery. Imagine Douglass had fun with the Spur character

Interesting movie in there is hardly any soundtrack (just a little) and it all takes place inside the tank. It's been a while since I've seen The Beast but I would say this flick is superior. Held my attention through out the movie, the subtitles are excellent and like many mixed language flicks (Hebrew, English, Arabic), you are several phrases into your own language before you realize the switch has taken place.

Say an 8.

The Postman Always Rings Twice (1946) Lana Turner John Garfield

Have always been fascinated by Lana Turner's life after being featured on a show about hollywood's past on the E channel hosted by AJ Benza, called Mysteries and Scandals a couple of decades ago. Interesting early life and up to the Johnny Stompanato killing. I bought Cheryl Crane's (Lana Turner's daughter) book Detour who was credited with the killing, but got off as a justifiable homicide. I've had it for a couple of years but have yet begin to read it.

The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014)

Have not seen this since it initially was released, a lot of fun and antics.

The Invisible Man (2020). I finally liked a movie! That hasn't happened a lot lately. It was scary, mostly unexpected, Elisabeth Moss is great and the ending was good.
