We told people to stop eating butter and eat this poison instead. That is like mind blowing. - Dr Jason Fung
I think the low fat diet is genocide. - Dr. Timothy Noakes
I'm an internal medicine specialist. I can treat all of the conditions that I used to treat with medications just by changing the food. It's remarkable. - Dr. Eric Westman
In results from more than 50 controlled clinical trials comparing high fat and low fat diets for weight loss, the high fat diets won every time. The higher the fat the higher the weight loss. That's because eating fat speeds up your metabolism and helps you burn body fat, carbs slow down your metabolism and cause weight gain.
The MEG (2018) - Finally a movie that Jason Statham can put more of himself in. It's great he got to use his diving skills. Overall the movie as a good "what if" science fiction movie.
CAKE (2014) - wake me up when it's over. I consider Jennifer Aniston a "decent" actress. But this movie put me to sleep twice. I was watching it and fell a sleep. When I started it for the second time, from the last scene I remembered, I fell a sleep again.

Well before I tried for the third time, I read the movie synopsis. That filled in a few plot holes. I did manage to finish the movie. Unless you need a nap, skip this movie.
Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) - This movie was ok, but it could've been about most bands. The good times, bad blood, breakup, yadda, yadda.
IMHO just watch this:
Edie (2017), a true story about an 83-yr-old British woman who climbs a mountain in the Scottish Highlands. The best parts were in the final third of the movie with the shots of the beautiful scenery. I found the rest to be somewhat lacking. It's noteworthy that the actress playing Edie, Sheila Hancock, actually did climb the mountain and made the two-day trek on foot to get there, and she was 84 at the time.
Picked it up during a Frank Finlay buying spree. A pretty darn good spy flick! Took me 4 days to get thru it because I don't have time to see flicks all in one sitting. The violence is short, a snippet here and there, but INTENSE.
First I will start with "Glass". It was one of the worst movies I've seen Bruce Willis in. The story line just dragged along, and bored the heck out of me. I guess I'm not used to him being in that kind of movie.
Now I find out this was last film in a trilogy. IMHO that doesn't matter. The movie was a bomb.
Unbreakable (2000) <-- I never seen it.
Split (2016) <-- Seen a bit of it.
Glass (2019) <-- Just watched.
Now "Shazam!" is a different story. I tend to like most, not all comic book movies. This one tends to
fall somewhere in the middle. The best description of this movie is Big (1988) meets Kazaam (1996) with
a touch of Sky High (2005). You got kids needing a path in life (Big), with a little help (Kazaam) and guidance (Sky High). It's not one of those over the top blockbusters. But it is a nice time killer. Heck if has the guy that played Chuck (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_%28TV_series%29) as the main superhero.
David Attenborough takes us into the remarkable lives of hummingbirds via stunning slow motion photography. Everything about these tiny birds is superb and extreme. They have the highest metabolism, fastest heart beat and most rapid wing beat in the avian world. They evolved to feed on flowering plants but are now a crucial part of wider ecosystems. How do they mate, raise their young, and live.

I will check that out
Has a good cast
I share the same August birthday as Finley but not the year...
