Precious. The acting was very good. But I couldn't understand some of the dialogue, the actresses who played Precious and her mother mumbled sometimes.

Watched "Outlander" last night- it was one of the S/O's movie picks, and from the description I was expecting something pretty craptastic. Was pleasantly surprised though, not bad at all.

What Dreams May Come with Robin Williams and Cuba Gooding Jr et al. I love the score as well (the rejected score by Enrico Morricone is also something special)

American Splendor, made in 2003 with Paul Giamatti. How did I miss this one?! I actually liked it a lot. Stunning resemblance between the real life Harvey Pekar and Paul. LOL, poor Paul, that wasn't a compliment.

Just got done watching "The Fighter," and thought it was good. Christian Bale deserved to win the Oscar for his performance but don't think Amy Adams deserved a nomination for her role.

I went to see Win Win yesterday at the theater. Two thumbs up from me. I thought the characters were all well developed. I didn't check my watch for the time once - always a sign for me that it was a great movie.
