I saw "Anything for Her" in Oxford at the week-end a French thriller which was brilliant. Really taut and tense, the acting was absolutely superb and the subtle way the different relationships were examined was really absorbing . I Really, really enjoyed it. As far away from Hollywood as you can get, no action scenes, no loud explosions, a tight script and great cast. The desperation of the main protagonist is beautifully portrayed.

Up - I really enjoyed it. I probably would have enjoyed it even more if I didn't have a somebody's kid yelling in my ear, but oh well

Pixar has always made movies that everyone can enjoy, not just movies for kids. I don't really understand why some people are upset over this one being a little more mature and, some would say, depressing. Kids aren't idiots.

It has been so long (15 years at least!) since I saw any movie in a theater, I'm not even sure what it was! I usually wait until a movie hits the stores for home viewing, then I buy it and watch it at home. However, I do plan to head to the theater next month for the newest Harry Potter - simply can't wait until it come out on DVD! I will buy it when it hits DVD, but can't wait another six months to see it!

Default Last Movie I Saw in a Theater.....

I'm like MsMcQ LV. I haven't been to the movie theater in such a long time that I really had to think about this question for quite a while. The last movie I saw in a theater was "The Break-Up." I remember it because I won tickets from a radio station to see it. I'm getting old, I guess, because I'd rather stay home and watch the DVD of a movie instead of sitting with a bunch of rude, talking, smacking food, cell-phone using dolts in a movie theater. But, that's just me.

Smile Last movie I saw in a theater...

Gran Torino.

Not many actors can fire me up to see a movie like Clint Eastwood can.

I give Gran Torino

Titanic.....we like the convenience of movies at home since we're mini-movie critics and we love to pause and back a movie to death!
