Does the new CLOAK & DAGGER tv show tie-in to the Marvelverse?
Although I haven't been impressed with anything I've seen on that show so far, I've been a Cloak & Dagger fan since the '80s and am hoping against hope this show might not be as terrible as I'm afraid it will be.
It is supposed to be part of the MCU but any tie ins will probably be background color like having the Roxxon Corp or having knowledge of Inhumans and alien invasions like on the NetFlix Defenders series. But without the direct link that Agents of SHIELD and Carter tried to make happen with the Avengers before the movie side pulled further away after The Winter Soldier.

I think The Inhumans is gonna be more along the lines of the Netflix series rather than the ABC/Freeform series to be honest.
Fox has already presented in Hall H at SDCC, and they pissed everyone off by only promoting the Kingman sequel and no mutants.
WB doesn't present till Saturday, but we've already got our first piece of official confirmed news:
Shazam will begin filming in the first quarter of 2018, and the director is David Sandberg (Annabelle: Creation). However, Dwayne Johnson will not portray Black Adam in the film.
