Josh Woods has won the District 6 Special Election, happy to see it



The judge has certified the annexation results and EMS has started in the newly annexed areas tonight

I believe "they" said that Covid-related things (e.g., working from home) would be addressed in the next major update in 2028. This delineation supposedly followed the same criteria as past ones have.

I don't disagree, but I imagine no home developer wants to take that land because its literally one property away from the Prichard City Limits so it appears that manufactured housing must be the next best thing for the development
