i got my weeks turned around and thought that i had to call one week later than i actually did. i missed the week i was supposed to call so those two weeks and this week, becasue i called when i was not suposed to, are under review. I called the inquiry line and talked to and officer he took my statement and said it would be reviewed by another officer and a decision will be mailed to me within the next 8 WEEKS. has anyone had this happen to them and what was the ruling for their case. i have over $900 riding on this abd wont get it for two onths if i eve get it at all. any info would be greatly appreciated.

i have a friend that missed calling in by a couple of days, and she did not receive her pay and had to go through the talking with people. She had to wait a couple of weeks. So it took her about three weeks to receive it, and then they paid her the weeks she missed.
sorry not much help

When my husband was out of work several years ago, he missed calling because he was at a job interview. He either forgot or didn't realize that he could of called another day so he didn't. He was not paid for those weeks. Sorry.

Have to think of a good reason for not calling, like you were working, and thought you could call on Saturday, or you didn't get the green book. Or you were in the hospital, or with someone in the hospital. Then you go before a review judge. If your employer doesn't show, you win and get your check. Call as soon as you realize you missed a week to call. Then they will start you up again, and you still get the remainder of the 20 weeks. Just delayed, unless you fight the missed weeks,
