I have to call next week for the first time since applying for unemployment. I forgot to ask what I need to have handy each time I call. I figure there are probably more than a couple of you who talk to MARVIN on a regular basis, so if you could please let me know what I need at hand, that would be great.

Thanks in advance!

I have called in twice to Marvin and have not received anything. I called yesterday and waited over 50 minutes and finally got connected. Because I worked out of state there seemed to be some problem, they had me in the service, which I am not. Just when we were getting finished I got disconnected. My name is Jason C. Zinser 362-96-3227 Please help

I usually call in a few minutes before my scheduled time . By the time MARVIN goes through all the script , its at or after my scheduled time . You will need to input your S.S. # and your chosen password . You may have to register with Michigan Works beforehand . And remember , do NOT hang up until MARVIN says '' goodbye ''

you will need to have calculated how many hours you worked the previous two weeks and multiply that by how much you make per hour, so you will be able to tell Marvin what your earning were. And again, you do need to have a pin#....hopefully you have that already!!
