I am a bit confused. I certified for my first two weeks and on the old system if you was given an amount at the end and it said it would be mailed the next business day then it was. On the new one it said this to me at the end as well so I am thinking that I got it, but im afraid to count on it and not get it. Not sure how the new system works anyone know what it would have said if you are going through a determination process? would it of said something else? am I good to go? I was sent a fact finding letter to return that is why I was thinking it might take me a couple weeks after certifying for them to make a determination. So it was a surprise to see the amount and it say it would be sent out on the next business day.

There is a "certification" or "claim" tag with number(s) on the left side when you are signed in. Click on iut and it shows the date you certified and when the payment will be made. Once it has been paid, status changes to PAID.

If the claim is in question, it says more information required or must file new claim. I had this happen last week after I had earned 1.5X my benefit for one week--I had to refile.

I for one do not like MIWAM,
I do not like it even with green eggs and ham.

I have tried for the last hour to log back into it and there must be to much traffic on it because it wont load I hope that since it did give me an amount and say it would be mailed on the next business day that I am good to go. I would think if there was a hold up or more information needed it would have just told me that my certification was accepted or something different. Uhhh I am not a patient person lol

well my feeling was right...no check issued. Have a fight on my hands. You know as long as these companies are allowed to terminate people just because they feel like it or have a friend they want to give the position to...Lies, Lies, Lies...then there are always going to be these damn fights and high unemployment rates! ITS BS especially when this is our earned money anyways! GRRRRRRR the new system should not tell you the check amount and that it will be sent out on the next business day if it is not true!!!! BEYOND FRUSTRATED!

I wouldn't worry about it too much -- you'll probably win. I was unjustly terminated once -- ie forced to resign because my boss had to cover up his own mistake and used me as a fall-guy. I received unemployment after explaining the situation with no delays -- you normally don't get unemployment on resignations. The unemployment office knows what's going on in today's world and usually sides with you.

my last payment was a day late.. I just dislike how you have to do 2 certifications now, when before it was only one for both weeks. Its pretty annoying if you ask me.

Default hellllp

My previous employer is reporting my wages under an office that they are not affiliated with so everything is on hold...pretty sure that's illegal. Can't get through on Marvin to talk to anyone and now it makes me look like I'm lying... frustrated. Truth WILL be told!!
