In what incredibly sick sick world are they similar?

Understanding peoples plights in no way is giving them a pass for actions. That's like saying someone that understands why someone is hungry may steal food is the same as saying it is alright for them to steal food. Of course that isn't true.

One would need a truly moronic and twisted "reasoning" process to equate those two sentiments.

Minor symptoms. Light, undetectable. Almost asymptomatic. Runny nose or even a headache.. Symptoms that you would’t think anything of normally.

What should a person do if their kid wakes up tomorrow with a minor headache. What would you do?

Agree. On the other end of the spectrum should people be getting a covid test for having a running nose?

5,192 new COVID-19 cases, 37 additional deaths

Well that’s the hesitation I’m sure many people will ponder. The one case I’m privy too, I spoke with the coworker to do contact tracing and other than a minor runny/dripping nose, they have no symptoms. They only got tested because a family member tested positive. Had that not happened, they prob would have never thought anything of it.

Yes, i can understand why someone wouldn't get a test for a runny nose or small symptom. But if someone does have a positive diagnosis I think they should stay home even if it means losing part of a paycheck. In the end it seems like the people who have to go to work and dont have sick days are the one spreading this. That and the folks who feel the need to have indoor parties.

The spread is everywhere now. Finger pointing at this point is pointless.

But how did we get here? The local governors allowed this to happen.

Can you honestly say you would have cancelled your Thanksgiving dinner had one of your children woken up with a runny nose?
