Lubby and Coney, we both had our Pfizer second shot 2 weeks ago. Neither of us had side effects at all. Now I always take a Benadryl before any shot as I have a tendency to develop an "egg" near the injection site. Per all sources (NP and internet) do not take any Tylenol or Aspirin or Aleve beforehand. Immediately after is fine.
One thing DH and I both experienced with the first shot was we did not even know it had been in our arm and it was over. The second shot had a very slight stinging sensation for the both of us.
DH golfed the day after shot 2 and I cleaned the house.
I finally got my first shot after having appointments in May, then end of April, and now beginning of April. I cancelled all of the later ones.
The pain from the shot was excruciating. It's going to take a few days for this pain to diminish. It already feels a little better today.
Wow!!! Which shot did you get? I have only heard of one person who said the shot caused pain. Sore is how everyone I have heard describe it, if at all.
My arm is slightly sore and I have a headache today. I feel a little off and tired.
