Find an agent who writes for UPC. If you have good credit I have not seen prices this low.

All state will not insure any new home insurance customers that live in a “waterfront” community. Even if you live 2 miles from the water on a 250’ cliff!!

UPC is great! I just rated a customer's homeowners recently and she went for a premium of around $1100 with Otsego to around $800 with UPC. I just got a quote from allstate to insure my husband's 2 motorcycles and it was cheaper than what he has with progressive and I thought no one could beat the price. He's paying $420 for the year with progressive and with Allstate he would be paying if paid in full $339.
