I work right by there. Those apartments look pretty nice. They run from $800 to $1200 from what I understand. A coworker of mine looked into moving there so he could walk to work.

Nice and well kept! Perhaps your co-worker can check the under-construction new apt complex in front of it. It is going up fast!

My favorite area of the Valley to live. Very diverse and close to everything.

^^^Yes the proximity to parks/shopping/entertainment/hospitals and the beltway is a plus on this section of Spring Valley.

Some homes in the older part of Spring Valley on Desert Inn/Torrey Pines area. Contrary to what many think, there are plenty of beautiful homes in the area. On Desert Inn from Torrey Pines all the way to Durango are beautiful custom built homes albeit some of the most expensive real estate in Clark County.

People, I don't care how much you love your dogs, keep those dogs on a leash. You are not in your backyard. I'm also entitled to enjoy MY park free from dog $hit. I don't see this guy holding any plastic bag at all and his PITBULLS are all running around loose. This is the type of guy who will look away if his pet dogs did its business on the grass and yes I have seen large dog turd on this park in the past. GROSS!! By the way, the breed of dog says it all and in my 30 years of residence in Clark County I can safely say many Pitbull dog owners are TRASH.

The Gramercy in Spring Valley. Asking rent at this condo complex is higher than average, to keep the riff-raffs out.
