The dining options (not high-end) around here are one of my favorite things about living in Spring Valley.
In one shopping center alone we've got Metro Pizza (you must try the baked ravioli), The Fat Greek, The Boiling Crab ( How can you NOT love a restaurant where they dump your food in a plastic bag on your table and there are no plates or silverware?
Ricardo's makes a good prickly pear margarita, and there are a couple of other restaurants that I've yet to try in that plaza.
We are getting a new Blueberry Hill down the street as well. Can you tell that I'm hungry right now?

XIt Condos has resumed construction in Spring Valley. Builder is advertising homes with rooftop deck and with a nice view of the Strip. Homes priced in the high $100,000.
