Is it a rental or condo complex?

Yes, I know owners in condo complexes rent out their units, but in those cases, the rents are somewhat all over the place, and not coordinated. This sounds more like the management company is setting all the rents, which makes it seem more like a rental complex.

Leasing office on-site. Originally planned for sale but the recession hit, who knows perhaps, half-rentals / half condo ownership. Leasing office was closed when I took the photos.

The newest cafe in town on Russell/Rainbow across the street from the under-construction Kindred Rehabilitation Hospital.

The chocolate muffin was good and inexpensive. Ordered Jasmine Green Tea to go with it.

This is the type of guy who will look away if his pet dogs did its business on the grass and yes I have seen large dog turd on this park in the past. GROSS!! By the way, the breed of dog says it all and in my 30 years of residence in Clark County I can safely say many Pitbull dog owners are TRASH.
It is hard to tell from your picture, but that man and his dogs appear to be Tino, the one behind Peace, Love, and Pitbulls. Peace, Love & Pitbulls - Peace, Love & PItbulls

I agree they shouldn't be off leash, but those are some of the most well trained dogs under the care of a talented trainer and he trains a lot of pit bull owners that are not trash and helps fight the ignorance against this breed and owners of this breed.

Does Vegas have dog runs? Or does the fact that a large part of the populace have private back yards obviate the need?
