Site of the UFC Headquarters in the semi-industrial area of Spring Valley across from the Pepsi Cola Plant and Freeman. I could not get that spot off the lens of the camera.

Having a snack at a cafe in the Gramercy this gloomy Tuesday afternoon. Yes a lousy 3X Optical camera that cannot handle low light situations. RAW Fitness is now open and the Gramercy is starting to fill in with tenants.

Spring Valley is great. Lots of whatever you need. No kids so no idea about schools tho NV is not known for it's great schools anyway but I happened to move into SV by chance and am absolutely very happy here!

I'm looking at the Spring Valley area myself...

It's actually quite a large place. So I was wondering if there were any parts in particular you guys would recommend? I'm looking for a flat to rent.

I would say anywhere West of Rainbow Blvd, you will find decent rentals. There are many brand new rentals that just opened and are under-construction in town. You will find many decent rentals between Warm Springs and Desert Inn / Rainbow and Hualapai. Check areas around the IKEA store on Durango and the Walmart Supercenter on Trop/Fort Apache, new ones going up in the area.

Pork Belly, Kale and rice with Wasabi Ranch dressing at the Rice Shop. It was so good and tender I ordered two bowls, with the second bowl to take home.

So much development going on around the area of IKEA on Durango, here is a brand new gym opening soon. Other tenants in this commercial center include Nevada State Bank, Cafe Rio, Starbucks.....
