There are more commercial tenants now in this small sleepy community at LoftWorks in Spring Valley. Large tract of undevelop land still in the area and eventually it will get busier in this neighborhood in the town of Spring Valley.

Aspire, an under-construction apartment homes across Xit Townhomes. There are courtyard units but was not able to take photos, guard in the area. It looks like this community will be gated as well.

There are many residential communities under-construction in Spring Valley from single family residence to apt homes, this community, SW Apartment Homes is across the street from IKEA.

Update on The Gramercy, the half-built condo tower is now gone and the land cleared.:cheers:

I don't know why they just didn't finish the tower and rent it out?

I'd be a little concerned about the dog in that last photo, Clrk. That's a very alert pit bull that isn't walking beside its owner, but in front of her in a dominant position.

Yup that dog was pulling the woman but thanks, I was inside the car about to leave when I took the photo.

Still half built and while it was still up, it blocked the view of the Strip and beyond for the other units that are already done besides, it was probably not worth finishing considering the cost.
