In the job offer appointment you meet with a HR rep after your meeting with the management and the HR rep official hires you by putting you into the system. I would keep calling every few days. That paper work is the I-9 and W-2 stuff among other things you need to sign.
Thanks for the answers guys I really appreciate it!

Thank you all.
I asked all my friends I put down and they told me they were never contacted. My old boss on the other hand was contacted by phone and US mail.

Hello everyone/ I just wanted wanted to say I am well over 30 and didn't know anyone to get hired at Aria. I applied online in January and got called Oct.2. Also I live in NY. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting for a call.

I then ask the CC rep if the person had accepted the JO and she said yes the person has been hired. I said I never got a rejection letter or e-mail and she said that they might have more people hired for the same position. I found that odd as in the interview process they were clearly telling me that if I was to be hired I would be the only person doing all the task in that position and that there would not be a support team for me. She also told me not to cancel my application and to wait a week to see if I get a call after that then I could cancel and applied for other openings in other hotels. I am not sure what to think now specially after going through the whole process 2 interviews plus drug test and they still have not being clearly communicating with me. So I will wait a week and we will see what happens. I will keep you up-to-date and good luck this week to everyone.
Hi NOEP,

I also applied for the Employee Support department. Like you, I have remained OPEN/BLANK. Thanks for your posting. I've been following this thread and this is the first posting I've made since I saw someone who has applied for the same department. The position I applied for sounds very similiar to yours. I have 3 friends that have been given job offers for other departments a month ago and they start in November and December.

Hello Everyone!

Haven't posted in a while. Starting work in a couple of weeks. I know that 1 or 2 people on this thread were supposed to start some time in October? Just wondering if they are still on here. And if anyone knows how the first orientation went?

Hoping that all the CC Reps will be working today (Nevada Day) as I am sure they are since this is a Casino. And I hope all who have not been called will get the call today!! GOOD LUCK and BEST WISHES!

**Just my two cents on the overhiring**
I spoke with my hiring Manager and was told that our department has hired way under the quota needed for our department. She is waiting until after Aria opens to hire more. When demands meet needs. She also said that she has hired her limit for now* (25 Operators). She will need 20 or more after Aria is in "Full Swing". Not saying all departments have not overhired but, I am safe knowing the department I am in did not..lol. I cannot speak for any other departments.

I also agree with the past posts of people who might still be Active/Open or Active/Blank coming this Monday. I am sure they will keep you on their "list" up until and after CC has opened. I plan on staying on this thread and helping out until and after I start working in a few weeks. I should also get some sort of insight since I am sure I will be answering the calls that come in from people who are sick of talking to the CC Reps and want to get in contact with the actual Casino..lol Keep your chins up! I'll get to the bottom of this ASAP.. (If I get some inside info..you will all be the first to know!)

I stumbled across this thread waaay back when and I am so happy I did. I found most everyone on here very supportive and kind. For a while I didn't think I would get the call. I was actually surprised I did because I didn't have any connections. And truthfully PABX is an area on the strip as having a reputation for needing an "in" or a "link" to getting hired. It's not even a position you can get into with little or no experience. When I first started I worked waaay out in Primm to get my foot in the door. Even after working for them for what seemed like a lifetime, I was still not "good enough" for any Strip Casinos. Once I got my foot in the door on the strip I stayed there. Vegas Casinos really are not an easy place to get jobs because of many factors. But stick with it. And if anyone out there reading these posts looking to be hired for a PABX Position I know that the ad for Excalibur PABX is up! I think 2 postions.

Also, (sorry my posts are always so long..lol) Has anyone watched the news lately in Vegas? I watched the local Fox News yesterday and they were talking about CC uniforms. I won't be wearing a uniform BUT, thought the whole "computer chip in the uniform" was interesting..

Keep the faith!! Like others have said. If you have been posting on this thread it really would be CC's loss if you are not hired. Posting on here and talking almost on the daily, not only about your issues but, helping others cope or give insight on theirs really shows you have a big heart and your in it for the long haul. It also shows how bad you want your postion. No one else I am sure would have searched for a site like this unless they really cared about where they were going. And I know most of it was due to the looong hiring process being unheard of. But, if you look back. The same people have stuck with this thread for a looong time. I keep you all very close to my heart and think about this thread and how much it has helped me through this process. I just want to not only wish all of you the best hired or not but thank you all for the support!! You guys are awesome!!

They are either going to call us with an offer or they will keep up on the back burner. On a positive note, we could very well be called for a better job for another property. Either way, I'm bummed and disappointed.
