*raises hand*

I moved here to Las Vegas in 2000. In 2005 we wanted to leave Vegas so we cashed out on our home and moved to WA state. My husband and I were soooo happy to get away. 6 months later my husband was not happy with his job, and there was no room for him to move up in his profession. Not to mention I froze to death that winter. We longingly turned our eyes back to Vegas, lol! The only think I dislike about Vegas would be the more apparent crime. But other then that I was glad to be back.

So, we came back because he had better opportunity for job advancement and security.

I love Red Rock, Lake Mead, and Mt. Charleston as well.

I came here in 1962 in the Air Force.....left willingly in 1964 for France and never even looked in the rear view mirror on the way outta town.....begged to come back in 1966 and vowed NEVER to leave the desert again.....had a brainphart in 1979 and went to Gnu Joisey to open a Casino there.....that lapse of judgement cost me 8 years.....I WILL NEVER LEAVE THE DESERT AGAIN..........
