Well Mack, I have to say that I don't think your attitude is terribly different from a lot of men your age. You are just talking about it. That seems to be the biggest difference. I'm a married woman in my forties but I was young and single once and I wasn't an angel either. I personally have no idea if you will be able to live here and support yourself etc etc. but it sounds like you have figured out all of the details and you probably will be able to make it just fine. As for meeting girls??? I don't think that you will have much of a problem with that either. There are a lot of girls out there also looking for a good time if ya know what I mean. If you want to play around in your youth who am I or anyone else to tell you that you can't do it. The advice I have to offer (take it for what its worth) is simple. Set some "ground rules" for yourself. Be honest. I can't stress this enough. Just somehow let them know that you are not looking for a relationship. Where a condom!!!! That is self explanatory. Don't break up any relationships/marriages. You don't need that on your conscience. And lastly, when you do decide to settle down someday, be candid and honest with your significant other about your past. Details don't need to be shared but what happens to you right now WILL affect your future. Trust me on this one.
