Good Point.

I was trying not to insult anyone with this point, I live in South East Las Vegas close to Henderson. I love this side of town because its a working mans / Working class area.

People are nice and yes there are some bad area's but you have to take the good with the bad sometimes. I like North Las Vegas as well for the same reason, I would invest in either locations just for that reason rather then Green Valley.

New Point:

11. Learn to use Casino's as Landmarks, Locals always know how to relate information by saying something like:

Example:
"go over like your driving to Sam's Town, instead of going to it, turn on Harmon Ave"

Stratosphere...visible from virtually everywhere. Built by Bob Stupak...sometimes referred to as Bob "Stupid"...

Stupak still plays poker around Freemont.

Thanks, Cap'n. Still plays poker? Didn't I read on another thread that he was killed in some big crash a couple years ago?

I enjoyed driving on the 3-lanes-each-way local streets, having the road to myself.

And we learned to stay clear of 215 and take the nice, wide, local streets to get anywhere. As soon as we figured that out, I considered us locals

Yeah, "stupid", he came, saw, and conquered, built perhaps the most recognizable structure in all of LV, is wealthy, independant, and "stupid"?
