It is up to interpretation. NLV has always had bad areas now more than ever. But even still what one thinks is bad is not to another.

What about Eastern Ave and Horizon Ridge? Would that be considered Green Valley? If not where exactly is Green Valley?

really? maybe i have a different definition of 'bad'. i have never been to either of those stores or the galleria, but what could possibly happen bad inside a store? how bad could they be?

we talking just dirty or do you feel they are unsafe? which again begs the question how?

Funny, but I grew up in a small town in PA, My husband calls me sheltered! There are areas in Vegas I will not even drive through! There is only one area in North Las Vegas that I will not drive through unless it is daylight. Sorry but to generalize of a whole community is just wrong. North Las Vegas is a great area, I have everything that I need except for a Mall (which they are building at 5th and Craig).
