Drove through Village Square just now to see how things have changed since the last time we were here. Saw the signs for Settebello but it does not appear to be open yet. Predicted opening date was late August/early September so the opening must be imminent.

You are in Summerlin when you cross over Hualapai if you are in that area. So it is close but not right in Summerlin.

Took a closer look a couple days ago and they are nowhere close to opening. They're still putting in fixtures. Looks like at least three weeks more work.

And then they have to hire/train a crew -- unless they're already doing that in Henderson (which would be the smart thing to do).

Give them a few weeks to work out the kinks. (I was going to say, "Iron out the bugs." But that's not a fair thing to say about a restaurant.) It won't surprise me in the least if people post, "Didn't like it, service was slow," when the restaurant first opens. Opening jitters, usually.
