Because you didn't.

There is no law prohibiting carry in casinos. Never said anything about a "LAW"....you even quoted me saying nothing about a law. If there is a sign, or you are told by an owner/manager you cannot carry.

UNLESS THERE IS A SIGN POSTED--YOU ARE ALLOWED.
I do it all the time. Many many people do.

Your mode of protection ends the second you get out of your car.
Pointless.
You couldn't pay me to leave my house without my weapon.

This is what I love about my fellow gun owners.

There is always someone out to get you. There is always a reason to be carrying. There is always a boogie man. I guess in this instance, its me. If someone even gives the slightest hint that they are against guns, or gun related issues, then its the duty of gun owners to try to take out any of those supposed threats.

I have 1 story from a friend who said its happened a couple of times, and THERE ARE stories posted in other forums about it happening.... just as you stated above. I am choosing not to post threads from other forums on this forum.

I simply gave my reason for not getting a CCW. If that reason is not good enough for you, then fine. You take the time to nit-pick every word in my posts because you're defending what? Its an inflated, yet false self esteem that most CCWers seem to have. Its the reason they carry. If they haven't experienced something that someone else has, then it must be a lie. "I mean, if it wasn't for this gun on my hip 24/7, I wouldn't be on this earth right now". "Out of my cold dead hands". "Smith and Wesson makes me equal".... etc etc etc.

I know better than to get involved in gun conversations on the internet. They never end well. There is never a reason good enough to justify why everyone shouldn't have a gun on them, at all times. Just ridiculous.

I have no idea what your rambling about.
Nor do I understand how you got to that from my post, or anybody's post that was responding to you and your lack of understanding of gun ownership.
The argument your saying I bought to you simply never happened.
Your reading comprehension skills need some work.

You said that.
You said you "can't carry in a casino".

Then you said that you never said it was "law":
"Never said anything about a "LAW"....you even quoted me saying nothing about a law. If there is a sign, or you are told by an owner/manager you cannot carry".

You said you can't carry--
If your gonna make a statement like that--it has to be LAW--not your opinion.
Learn the law before you speak.
You make Z E R O sense.

Since the bottom half of the gun is essentially plastic it is relatively light. Also, a large benefit over a revolver is 17 9mm rounds per clip.
Yes, it takes about a second to clear when you're at a range firing at stationary, paper targets. However, funny things happen to your motor control and coordination when someone is standing 10 yards away from you and firing back. In that type of scenario I'd rather not have to worry about clearing a jam. The most important thing of all is to carry what you shoot best with. I personally own more semi-autos than revolvers, but I'll always own a revolver.

So, we all know that if there is a sign posted that says "No Firearms", then you cannot have a firearm on you in that location..... Yet, to you, this is my opinion?

Whatever bro.

I've never seen a "No Firearms" sign at a casino, and I've been in every one of them with a poker room, plus a lot without one.

You stated unequivocally that you can't carry in a casino. Period. End of story.

You were wrong.

Now you're shifting things around, squirming to get out of the predicament you've gotten yourself into, and you're annoyed that we're not letting you get away with it. Tough cookies.

Based on what you've written, I can't help but wonder if there's something in your background that would keep you from being eligible for a carry permit, and if you're simply searching for a way to sweeten those sour grapes. Your sole reason for not getting one ("I might get handcuffed when I get pulled over") is completely ridiculous, and not supported by the the real life experiences of myself or anybody else posting in this thread. Something just isn't right with your story, and the more you write, the less I want to believe ANYTHING you're saying. None of it makes sense, and your attitude not one of a responsible, law abiding adult.

HAHAHA .... 6 paces, turn and FIRE!!

Alright, fine, I give, you WIN!!.... Carry in a casino. If that makes your testicles drop, and you can feel like a man again because I was wrong about carrying in a casino, then I give up. You beat the evil man on the computer that said you can't carry in a casino.

Completely missing my point that any and all private establishments, and government offices can dictate whether you are able to carry on their property, or not, is besides the point I guess.

:c rying:

I love the interwebs

Lets start a thread about which brand of engine oil is best for your car.... Those are always civilized conversations!

Private establishments do not have the legal standing to dictate whether you can carry on their property any more than they have the legal standing to dictate if you can chew gum while on their property.
