any idea on this builder? they build in RiverTown and their Palmeto I plan and list of standard features look awesome... but wondering if there are some reviews, good or bad from past customers

Their siding work is sloppy and the use a high perm housewrap that should not be used in a hot humid climate.

Ideal perm rating for Florida is between 5-15. What they use is 58. It's still better better than the green guard perforated stuff I see a lot of builders using, but you can get a low perm non-perforated for less than what they use costs, and have a better wall system as well.

(Perm rating determines how much moisture vapor can pass through the paper. The higher the number, the more moisture that can penetrate it.)

Closing in two weeks on our new home in Durbin Crossing North with Dennis Homes. I'd be more than happy to give my observation through DM once the building process is complete.

If you're building in Rivertown, hopefully you went with David Weekley Homes. They are the only good builder in that development currently in my humble yet expert opinion.
