Beware. This is an extremely dishonest home builder. Wendy Dennis is a pathological liar. I wouldn't believe anything that comes out of this womans mouth.

I wish I had gone with David Weekly homes. Dennis Homes is an extremely dishonest home builder. I would never recommend them to any of my friends. Wendy Dennis is one of the biggest liars I have ever met.

went back and re-read this post. Not Spam by floridamom3. We had an unbelievably excrutiating experience with this woman and seriously considered legal action due to 'bait and switch' tactics. But we just decided we wanted to just move on. It was truly horrible.

We wish we would have found this before we signed a contract. We signed in February and they still have not started. You are right, it has been one lie after another. We had to change our lot due to their mistake and I asked for a few options thrown in. She was not happy. I could go on and on, but bottom line is, Wendy Dennis is a liar. She lies so much I think it's just a habit now, or part of who she is.
