Does any one have any feedback on Drees Homes? We are thinking of going with them because I saw their inventory homes, and they seem to have the same quality as their model home. Other builders, their model homes were nice, but their actual homes, not that great.
any feedback would be great.

They seem to be decent. I wouldn't put them on par with someone like Mattamy but they seem alright.

I walked through their model in Durbin Crossing, I believe the floor plan was called the Durbin. It was pretty impressive, considering the price.

We walked through some of their other models too at Two Creeks (Wyngate) and Eagle Landing(Bartram). The floor plans they have are pretty good with decent size secondary bed rooms.
Their prices are also reasonable.

I found Drees on the Better Business Bureau and they give them an A+ for what it's worth. I don't know anything about them.
