It is highly unlikey that some 9 months pregnant woman comes to the US because she heard about a really great job at Kinko's and, oh by the way, she will just coincidentally go to a US hospital to give birth.

Once there is an anchor in the family, they are eligible for WIC, section 8 housing assistance and other benefits.
The simple fact of the matter is that they should not be here in the first place to look for jobs, sit on corners and die (if they so choose) and have babies in US hospitals.
