Anyone know what’s next for the large area being cleared and bulldozed at Research and Pulaski? Roughly 50 acres. It’s catty corner to the Toyota plant in the NW side of Huntsville. Prime land and convenient to everything.

On a similar note, the Facebook processing center is coming along nicely. Amazing TVA substation is nearing completion. The build out in that area goes on and on and on.

Called Diamond Exchange, most like a business park/Industrial type development .
There is also an apartment development further down on Kelley Cemetery Rd.

Sounds like it's a really good success. And it looks fantastic.

Downtown Huntsville Inc. has a new leader.
The businesses’ board on Thursday announced Rob Buddo, a North Carolina native, has been appointed to replace Chad Emerson to become the second president and CEO since DHI was formed in 2012.

Buddo has worked for REV Birmingham since 2019 with a focus on management of downtown Birmingham, specifically managing the Central City Business Improvement District.

I am ready to eat crow. I never thought this would be as popular as it is, could not see how it would pay for itself. I was wrong, pure and simple.

I do think that weather has mostly played along, but that doesn't make me less wrong.

No need to eat crow. Some doubt is good but don’t ever underestimate what this city can and will do.
Visionaries in nearly every major project in the city scared people.
You name it there were sceptics.

Honestly there are more than a few skeptics about an overpass near Toyota stadium.
