That is so sad. Husband has Alzheimer's and his loving wife took care of him. Now he's alone, thanks to a heartless thug. I hope they catch the creep.

DH's elderly aunt was followed home from the grocery. She lived close to the Galleria. As she was unloading her car, the thief hit her on the head and robbed the house. She later died from the injury.

It takes a real chicken sh11 to beat up an old woman. Guess that big man thought he was too good to work for a living.

When you get old, don't wear expensive jewelry or drive an expensive car shopping. That guy was looking for a well off old woman.

You'd have to be the lowest piece of **** walking this earth to beat down the elderly.

The frequency by which these events are occurring makes it pretty clear that these types of pieces of sh*t are a dime a dozen in this city anymore.

I'm right down the street from where this happened. Two kick doors happened recently two around the same area that were on the news. It seems it doesn't matter if you have an alarm, dogs, or if someone is home they are going to come in a take what they want. I mean how much harm is someone in their late 80's going to do to someone? I'm sure they would given the robber anything just to live.

This is such sad news. What kind of animal would to do this to elderly folks. Hopefully, they catch this thug soon. And impose the death penalty. And when that time comes and it will, there better not be anyone saying it's cruel to give a death sentence.

It might help just a wee bit if we had more police presence in hot spots. My cameras are on and the Glock's clips are loaded.

This is why I support the death penalty. This is also why I practice my constitutional right to pack heat.
