Um, I don't think Bill White is/was mayor for the area where this happened. But, I won't miss him or this new one...whenever she moves on.

Just proves just because you live in a burb where home prices are X amount of dollars and you are "outside" the big bad city, doesn't mean you are exempt from crime. In fact, I think the more remote or tucked away in some this places the MORE likely you are to become a victim. Thinking you are hidden away,or crime "doesn't happen here," or that stranger in the neighborhood is "just on a walk" or lost makes one complacent

Maybe I'm missing something....but, I'm wondering what Bill White has to do with a horrific crime that occurred in Montgomery county?

many people blame him for inviting so many gang members move here from New Orleans during Katrina and I am only guessing that is what the poster refers to .............

I'm willing to bet the victims knew their attackers somehow.
People don't just go around randomly beating people to death with baseball bats.

Such a tragic and horrific crime and I am hoping that it turns out that it was not random. If random, sure is a sad state of affairs that this country is letting the crime get to.

Yeah, this sounds like somebody owed somebody else some money or something like that. I doubt that this was just a random act of violence.

The article mentioned that the invaders entered through an open door. Who does that?
